Hello all, Sports Illustrated columnist Jim Caple has written a column titled 101 Things All Sports Fans Must Experience Before They Die. I suspect this is for the online edition only. Anyway, he says that this list, which he freely admits is not comprehensive and just his opinion, is "a worldwide list of sporting events ranging from the Olympics to the Coney Island hot dog eating contest. The big (the World Cup) and the small (Minnesota town ball) are here, as well as the familiar (the World Series) and the obscure (the veterans wheelchair games), the expensive (the Masters) and the free (a Little League game)." At #68 on the list, between the World Armwrestling Championships and the 24-Hours of Le Mans, is "Sumo championship (various cities, Japan)", of which Mr. Caple says: "How dedicated are sumo wrestlers? They occasionally rip their groins -- on purpose -- as a part of their training. Feel free to wince, and then enjoy this compelling blend of sport, ritual and culture." Thank you I did not find the right solution from the internet References : www.sumoforum.net/forums/topic/12731-sumo-in-si-again/Healthcare advertising video
