I AM LISTING WHAT I DO... I WANT TO HEAR FROM OTHERS WHAT THEY DO. THE FOLLOWING LIST IS IN ORDER FROM BEST TO GOOD.
1. Arm Wrestling... Pulling on a table with others who are as strong or stronger or use bands when weaker.
2. Pull-ups... Hammer-form Close and Medium grip lowering to just below 90° back up to top (slow without kip) hold last rep.
3. Static-hold Barbell curls... Go heavy using a Hammer grip. I alternate static-hold one at 90° while 10 reps with the other lowering just below 90°
4. Reverse curls... Straight bar and heavy. Lowering just below 90°
5. Leaning curls... Very heavy with arms locked at 90° best on preacher bench.
Anymore ideas? And I don't have a rope to climb otherwise I'd add it.
